Welcome.My name is Amber, and I am an professional artist with a passion for artistic diverstiy that I can bring - from things like logos and chibis to more extravagant pieces such as art nouvea. My style tends to range from cartoonish to semi-realism depending on the painting.Links below will guide you through everything you need to know before commissioning me.Commissions Opening: November 15, 2024Work Schedule: Tuesday, Wed, Thurs. 08:00-16:00.Considerations: If I am sick, I will not work. If I am called into my job, I will not work the same day I go to a physically demanding job, as I have several chronic illnesses that inhibit me should I push myself too far.

Commission Information: The Process

After you receive an invoice from me and it is paid:❀ I will begin the sketch. After that is done, I will send it to you for approval. Please note that it is important that you communicate with me in this step whether or not this is the direction you wish your commission to go. Free edits are unlimited here.❀ Once you have approved the sketch, I will begin linework. After completion, I will send you another update. I will do three free edits here. If you approve, all lineart layers will be merged.❀ You will get a flat colors update to ensure everything is as it should be. Once that is approved, I will go into detailing and shading. Upon completion of your commission, you get 2 free edits.❀ Edits will cost 50 SEK per after you pass the limits set.❀Larger piece will take me a good deal longer, and you will receive updates every two weeks. If you do not, feel free to send me an email to query over your piece.

Terms of Service

Absolutely NO NFT commissions. This is non-negotiable.No one, not even clients, has my permission to use my artwork for AI in any form. Thank you for understanding.

Payment Information:

  • Payment Method:]{#DBABB3} Paypal, Swish (SEK). Non-Negotiable.

  • Payment is expected: Up front, with exceptions only to select clients that have commissioned me more than once, and on a regular basis, for at least two years.

  • SEK conversion: 100 SEK = around $10 USD

  • I do not do partial payments unless the piece is over 1000 SEK due to currency conversion from SEK to USD. The only exceptions to this are repeat clients

  • If I do not complete a commission: I will refund half of the initial price, or offer something else in compensation in terms of artwork. You will have something, and will not ever leave with nothing.

  • If you pay for a batch commission and I cannot complete it: Some clients like to purchase in bulk, and should I be unable to complete the batch, you will be refunded for what I have not completed as-able. To date: I have only have had to do this (1) one time in my entire career as an artist - and it was during an intense burnout period. Special thanks to that client for being as understanding as they were, and working with me through it!

  • All commissions are base prices and detailing will indicate the final cost. Additional characters, detailing and backgrounds will be considered in the final price.

Up-front Notices:

  • This is not my main source of income: I work 30+ hours a week and am still adjusting to it.

  • I have chronic Illnesses that impact my abilities to paint, especially after a work day: It is going to take me time to acclimate to working manual labor + painting + managing my chronic illnesses.

  • It is going to take me a bit of time to complete pieces: However, I will always remain in constant contact with each and every client throughout so that you know where I am with things.

Customer Responsibility Information:

  • Customers are responsible for: delivering references in a timely manner (90 days) or the commission is null and void and the down payment will be non-refundable.

  • For Commissions under 1000SEK ($100USD) exceeding the 90 day period: this will be a % of what you have paid. I will not use funds until I have refs in hand.

  • For Commissions over 1000 SEK exceeding the 90 day period: you will not receive the first payment back.

  • This is due to: limited commission slots and I will not hold your space for longer than 90 days. This is the only instance in which payment is non-refundable.

  • If you request/commission nude artwork: then you agree that you are over the age of 18 and agree to a screenshot to be taken of the conversation where I ask for verification of your age.

  • 🚫Absolutely no depictions of minors in any sort of sexual manner.

  • 🚫Do not ask me to age up characters.

  • 🚫Absolutely no anti-lgbtq+/anti-PoC pieces or depictions of violence against them.

  • 🚫I am uncomfortable painting NSFW. I am on the ace spectrum, and while I do not mind tasteful nude, or moments of intimacy in painting - I am not that kind of artist. I know a few that are, though! And I can even give you their contact info!!

Rights and Permissions:

  • The artist has the right to: cancel any commission at any time, as well as refuse any commission that is deemed inappropriate.

  • The artist retains rights to: the completed piece and can post it anywhere. The artist also has the right to make prints and merchandise with the completed work.

  • Once completed, the client may use the art for: personal icons, display pictures, forum signatures, etc. Please give credit.

  • The client is unauthorized edit/alter the piece. The client is unauthorized use the artwork for commercial use.

  • The client is unauthorized to use pieces for AI training or NFT purposes.

Normal Styles

  • Chibi Heads begin at 300 SEK ($30 USD)

  • Chibis begin at 450 SEK ($45 USD)

  • Bust Sketch begins at 500 SEK ($50 USD)

  • Busts begin at 700 SEK ($70 USD)[

  • Half Body Sketch begins at 750 SEK ($75 USD)

  • Half Bodies begin at 1000 SEK ($100 USD)

  • Full Bodies start at 1,5000 SEK ($150 USD)

Art Nouveau Styles

  • Busts begin at 1000 SEK ($100 USD)

  • Half Bodies begin at 2000 SEK ($200 USD)

  • Full Bodies begin at 3000 SEK ($300 USD)

*Special Notation: Art Nouveau pieces include an insane amount of detailing, and can take a decent amount of time. They are priced as such at the baseline. Know that the more intricate a piece you want, the more it is going to cost.

Additions

  • Additional Characters: 80% of the original pricing.

  • Pets: Baseline 400 SEK ($40 USD)

  • Backgrounds:

  • Please list your name (optional), and the character(s) you are wanting for the piece.

  • List the commission type that you are wanting.

  • I do not have twitter; however, I have deviantart and Mastadon should you wish to be tagged there. If so, please leave me your username.

  • Paypal Email Address. Paypal and Swish are currently the only methods of payment that I take at current.

  • Send me detailed information of said character(s), whether by screenshots, written descriptions, or previous art you have had done of them. (Skin color/hair color/eye color(s)/ notable scars or tattoos) Generally, I will also ask for a character's overall personality as I try my hardest to let that shine through the piece.
